How do I get started?

Send the trial request with your salon's name and how to reach you. A person replies within one working day, sets the workspace up with you, and your 30 days start once it is ready.

Can my team have their own logins?

Yes. You invite a team member by email and they set their own password. Roles are owner, manager, and team member, and you can give one person an extra permission without changing anyone else.

Can I bring my existing customer list across?

Accepted Answer

There is no import tool in the product yet. Mention your existing list when we set you up and we will find the practical way to bring the essentials across. Everything else on a customer, the notes, files, and visit history, builds from their first booking.

Can I run more than one branch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One workspace holds every branch, so you keep one login, one customer list, and one service menu. Each branch has its own address, opening hours, team schedule, till, and booking page. You work in one branch at a time and switch between them from the sidebar. Reports open on the branch you are in and widen to all of them when you ask. Product stock is counted for the business as a whole, not per branch.

Can two bookings land on the same team member at once?

No. Before a booking saves, Adorna locks that team member and any room or device the service needs, then checks the slot for an overlap. If two people take the same slot in the same second, one gets it and the other is asked to pick another time.

How do customers book online?

Accepted Answer

Each salon gets its own page at a link like your-salon.getadorna.com, showing your services, your team, and your real availability. Customers choose a service, a team member, and a time, then confirm. They never set a password.

Can customers cancel or move a booking themselves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every booking carries a link that opens it, and a customer can see their bookings across every salon they use in one place. You decide how many hours before the booking self-cancelling stops.

What happens when I am fully booked?

Put the customer on the waitlist with the days and times that suit them. When a matching slot opens, the match appears on your dashboard so you can call them back.

Can customers pay online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customers pay on a licensed payment gateway's own page, against your salon's own merchant account, so the money settles to you rather than passing through us.

Can I take a deposit before confirming a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set one rule for the salon, either a fixed amount in KWD or a percentage of the visit, and 100 percent means the visit is paid in full up front. A booking waiting on an unpaid deposit keeps its slot until the payment window lapses, then cancels itself.

What about customers who pay at the salon?

Checkout takes cash, the card machine, or an online link, and issues a receipt the customer opens on their phone. Refunds go back the same way, and sales and daily totals sit in the reports.

Is Adorna really bilingual?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and in both directions. The dashboard, the booking page, receipts, and emails all run in Arabic or English, and the whole layout mirrors for Arabic instead of only swapping the words.

Do I have to write everything twice?

Services, categories, packages, gift cards, and your salon name are stored in Arabic and English, so a customer reading in either language sees the right words. Team member names are stored once, the way each person writes their own.

Which language does a customer see?

Whichever one their browser asks for. When that is not clear, they get the language you set as the salon default.

How does the free trial work?

Every new salon starts with 30 days of the full product, set up with us. No card, and nothing is charged inside Adorna at any point.

Why is there no price published?

Because we price each salon directly. Before your trial ends we agree one monthly price for the whole salon, with no per-seat fees and no cut of your bookings.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your workspace turns read-only and your booking page goes offline. Nothing is deleted, and everything comes back the moment the subscription does.

Can Adorna send reminders on WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Booking confirmations, receipts, and review requests go out by email today. WhatsApp and SMS reminders are written but not switched on, and both will be add-ons rather than part of the plan.
