Account and eligibility
You open an account for a business you are authorised to represent, and you must be able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for what your team does under your account. Tell us if an account is used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Use Adorna for your own business and within the law. Do not resell access, overload or probe the service, upload unlawful content, or send unwanted marketing through it.
Subscription and payment
Pricing and payment terms are agreed with each business before its account goes live. Contact us for pricing. Fees are in Kuwaiti dinars and exclude any tax that applies. If an invoice goes unpaid we tell you before we limit access.
Your data
The records you put into Adorna stay yours. We hold and process them so the software works, and we act on your instructions. You are responsible for having the right to collect what you enter and for telling your customers how you use it. The privacy policy explains the rest.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that goes unpaid, breaks these terms, or puts the service or other users at risk, and we tell you why. After closure you have a reasonable period to export your data before it is deleted.
Service and liability
Adorna is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, or indirect loss. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms as the product changes. The new version is posted here with a new date. If a change affects you materially we tell you before it takes effect. Using Adorna after that is how you accept it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of the State of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before it gets that far, write to us at hello@getadorna.com.
