Two ways a chair gets filled
Walk-ins and online bookings land on the same calendar, and Adorna will not let them collide.
Walk-ins
Someone walks in at 11:30 with no appointment. Tap the empty slot on the calendar, pick the service, and it is booked, with no customer record to fill in first. If every chair is busy, they go on the desk waitlist and you drag them onto the grid when a slot opens.
Online bookings
A booking from your page lands on the same calendar with the deposit already collected. Drag it to reschedule. Every write locks the slot and checks for a conflict before it saves, so two people never get the same chair.
The slot stays held for 15 minutes while the payment goes through.
A deposit that holds the chair
Charge a fixed amount, a share of the visit, or nothing at all. Adorna holds the slot for 15 minutes while the payment goes through, and lets it go if it does not.
Nothing is confirmed on a browser redirect. The booking waits for the bank to answer, so a deposit marked paid is money that actually arrived.
A booking page with your name on it
Every salon gets its own page: logo, photos, and colors. Customers pick a service, choose a team member or leave it to you, pick a time, and confirm.
- Services grouped by category, each with its price and how long it takes.
- Your team, with photos, specialties, and a rating of their own.
- Opening hours, the map, and the cancellation policy in full.
- Arabic and English, each laid out in its own direction.
What happens after they leave
Two things bring people back: what they say about the visit, and what someone else buys them.
Reviews
The request goes out about two hours after the visit, and never outside 10:00 to 21:00 Kuwait time. Ratings, the replies you write back, and each team member's own score all sit on your page.
Booked from my phone at midnight and got the slot I wanted. The reminder came in Arabic the day before.
Gift cards
Someone buys a card on your page, picks a design, and writes a message. It arrives in the recipient's inbox with your salon on it, and the code comes off the bill at checkout.

Every screen is laid out in both directions. Your team reads it their way, and your customers read it theirs.
Deposits in dinars
Deposits and gift cards are paid online on your salon's own merchant account. The money settles to you, not to us.
Booking reminders
24 hours, 2 hours, and 1 hour before the booking, in Arabic or English.
Kuwait time
The whole day runs on Kuwait time. Phone numbers are the eight digits you already use.
